A FER is a rationalization by government evaluators that a product meets an Orange Book criteria.

The products are grouped by the criteria class at which each was successfully evaluated. The classes (C1, C2, B1, B2, B3, and A1) are defined in the Orange Book.

The FERs in this library represent a subset of the products evaluated under TPEP. They are taken from a CD that TPEP distributed prior to the closing of the Radium website.
